Our Approach is Different
You can 100% reach your nutrition goals without having to stress and feel guilty about what’s on your plate, follow a strict eating regimen and exercise for hours.
Eat that cake at your best-friends birthday party, and discover the satisfaction factor, rather than depriving yourself.
Shift your focus on exercise, and start moving to feel your best, rather than completing a chore.
Enjoy cheesy, pepperoni pizza on a Friday night with friends, without feeling shame or guilt.
Look in the mirror and honor the beautiful genetic blueprint that you were given, and rock it!
Have that piece of chocolate with your lunch, just because you are craving it, and throw out your list of ‘good vs' bad’ foods.
Meet our amazing team!

Owner, Registered Dietitian Nutritionist
Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor by Evelyn Tribole, MS, RDN and Elyse Resch, MS, RD, CEDRD-S, FAND
For decades, society has emphasized low-fat, low-sugar, and low-calorie foods, promoting an unrealistic standard of thinness and encouraging the pursuit of fad diets. This has led many to develop unhealthy relationships with food. Julianna is very open with her clients and likes to say that to some degree, she has been in your shoes, as she has shared personal experience with diet culture, highlighting the social pressure and mental exhaustion it brings. Julianna’s non-diet approach guides her clients to focus on understanding their body's unique needs, adopting intuitive eating, & ultimately fostering a healthier relationship with food while achieving their personal goals.
Fueling Julianna’s passion for nutrition, she received a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition through Montclair State University, NJ. After graduating, Julianna then went on to continue her education through a combined masters/dietetic internship (MSDI) through Marywood University, PA and received a Master of Science in Nutrition. Upon receiving credentialing, Julianna immediately jumped into private practice to do what she loves- to help amazing people reach their goals and improve their health!
When Julianna is not assisting individuals in their journey towards healing their relationship with food and achieving their personal health goals, she finds great joy in taking her sweet corgis, Rhea & Silas, for refreshing hikes in the beautiful outdoors. When not in the great outdoors, cooking serves as both a hobby and a way to nourish herself and the ones that Julianna cares about.
Julianna’s most fortunate honor is the fulfillment that her wonderful clients have brought to her life beyond their work and dedication from working with her at Intuitively Nourished, and applying learned tips, tricks and tools into their daily lives.
